As a Commercial Construction Consultant, Ken contributes to the vision and the achievements of his clients through the successful planning and execution of the construction project. With over 35 years of industry related experience, Ken’s expertise includes strong leadership, honest and open communication, and accurate and timely construction administration to ensure a successful project. Ken brings in-depth knowledge in team collaboration, seamlessly coordinating efforts across all project stakeholders to ensure a smooth execution. With a strong focus on assisting clients in managing budgets and schedules, he prioritizes cost control and timely project delivery. Ken is well-versed in construction quality management, overseeing every phase to maintain the highest standards. He also has a deep understanding in navigating construction contracts, billing processes, design and permitting management, to ensure all legal and financial aspects are handled efficiently. From project initiation to closeout, Ken offers a comprehensive, well-managed approach to every aspect of the construction process.
