David has over 25 years of experience in the construction industry, beginning his career in 2000 at Skanska USA Building as a project engineer and advancing to project executive. Throughout his career, he has gained extensive experience as both a general contractor and project manager, working across diverse market sectors including Healthcare, Industrial & Technology , Biopharmaceuticals, Higher Education, Public Safety, Commercial, Government, and Hospitality. His broad expertise allows him to adapt to any construction challenge, always focusing on delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligning with client needs.

David’s portfolio includes guiding and helping clients from the earliest onset of a project to help meet financial objectives, achieving the most scope for the money, establishing time tables, ands etting strategies and objectives to complete the project successfully. David’s skill and experience covers a vast spectrum of services, such as managing project schedules, budgets, design alignment, securing land use entitlement, managing the jurisdictional process, assisting in equipment/furniture selection/procurement and installation.
