Throughout her career, she has successfully managed a diverse range of projects, from tenant improvements to large-scale new construction. Siobhan is dedicated to fostering strong team dynamics and ensuring that all project stakeholders are aligned to achieve optimal results. Her expertise extends across key areas such as risk management, budgeting, scheduling, contract negotiation and administration, and grant oversight. Siobhan has a deep understanding of the project delivery process and is proficient in navigating each stage—from initial planning, feasibility studies, and pre-construction activities to the completion of construction, occupancy, and project closeout. She is particularly adept at managing complex timelines and resources while maintaining a clear focus on delivering projects successfully, on time, and within budget.
