Dwyer Construction Management and Consulting was retained by Neighborhood Health Center as the Owner’s Consultant to oversee the design, demolition, renovation and fit up of an existing 6,000 sf 2-story commercial office building located in Canby, Oregon into a medical and dental clinic and pharmacy.

Dwyer CMC assisted with the selection of the general contractor and helped to negotiate the Construction Manager/General Contractor Guaranteed Maximum Price contract agreement between the owner and the CM/GC.

Dwyer CMC managed for the Owner the project budget, construction change orders, the monthly pay request process, and the installation of Furniture, Fixtures, and Equipment, while at the same time taking on the responsibility of contracting direct for the Owner, the Low Voltage, Fire and Life Safety, Security, and phone and data contracts.
