The Embassy Condominiums, Re-Pipe, Portland, Oregon

Dwyer CM&C provided oversite services for the Embassy Condominiums building Board of Directors. The project included a total replacement of the building’s domestic water system, supply and return system, drain, waste and vent system, and recirculation system that services all 69 condominiums and support areas such as the main boiler room and the laundry room. Originally built in 1927, the buildings plumbing system was original and beyond its end-of-life at the time.

Dwyer CM&C helped the Board hire the general contractor, negotiated their agreement, managed their work, the project schedule, and the tenant communication plan. Dwyer CMC managed the project budget, the GC’s change order process, and the monthly pay requests through the completion of the work.
